Warranty Information
This warranty outlines the terms and conditions under which we provide coverage for manufacturing defects in our products sold in New Zealand & Australia. Please read this document carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
Warranty Periods
- Inner Stab Resistant Panels: 10-year warranty from the date of purchase.
- Outer Covers: 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
Scope of Warranty
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship during the
specified periods. It does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Alterations or modifications made by the user
- Exposure to extreme conditions not intended for the vest
Making a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team with proof of purchase.
2. Provide a description and photo of the issue.
3. Return the product for assessment if requested.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the product at our
discretion.
Important Notes
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- The warranty does not provide coverage beyond the specified time frames.
- We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product.
Consumer Rights
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the New Zealand Consumer
Guarantees Act 1993, which guarantees that goods are of acceptable quality, fit for
purpose, and match their description.
